Rooted in ancient meditation teachings, iRest is an evidence-based practice that fosters psychological, physical, and spiritual well-being. It addresses unresolved issues and traumas in the body and mind, and helps you recognize a constant, inner peace despite life's changes. iRest offers tools to help you deeply relax, reduce stress, build resilience, improve relationships, and gain greater life control. It nurtures qualities of joy, peace, empathy, forgiveness, and loving-kindness, while also aiding in the resolution of insomnia, anxiety, fear, and depression.
