Grief and Loss

I feel deeply honored to hold space for those who are grieving. Grief can shift and manifest in many ways. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Grief may include anger, frustration, sadness, fear, denial, and eventually acceptance. At times, it can be hard to fully experience and allow these emotions, especially when trying to balance work, family, and other responsibilities. Our therapy sessions are the place to slow down and allow the emotions to move through you. Simply and profoundly witnessing, allowing, and honoring the process.

During our work together, we will explore your loss, process the events and emotions around it, and come to an understanding of how to move forward while integrating the loss into your life. During the session, we will focus on relaxation, mindfulness, and release. We can incorporate any spiritual or religious beliefs you have.
