Supporting you in moving through anxiety, trauma, grief, and stress are the focus of my practice. When in pain, we may try to think our way through our feelings and shift life circumstances through logic. Holistic approaches integrated with talk therapy will allow you to explore what is underneath the thoughts. Together, we will create a safe space for you to discover what you need to heal and create fulfillment.
A typical session may involve talking, breathing techniques, physical movement, and guided meditation. We will work to notice how your thoughts influence your body. We will explore where emotions are stored in your body and what to do with that knowledge. We will holistically look at your daily life, including patterns of behavior and thinking. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required. Our work together will be gentle and tailored to your unique needs. All you need is a willingness to explore.
